Football training and positions?
Filed under GeneralJun 28Football training and positions?
I just turned 14 and am interested in playing football for the 1st time this coming school year. I am a huge nfl fan and know all the rules and stuff and play football with my friends in my neighborhood all the time. My parents finally decided to allow me to play in an organized league so I am gonna try out for my high school team. (I just graduated 8th grade) I go to a smallish k-12 private school, and my main sport is basketball (I won MVP for my school last year, i played power forward and center). I am around 6 feet tall and weigh around 170. I have kind of a muscular physique and work out on weights pretty frequently. Any training tips? any position reccomendations for someone of my size? I kind of want to do watever will make me a better player or will let me play more often.
